INCA has named Paul Scannell, previously the UK’s market lead, as its first regional lead in EMEA.
In this newly created role, Paul will become a champion of the region, playing an instrumental part in developing the INCA proposition and delivering further growth and success across EMEA.

About Paul Scannell
After over a decade in various media roles across TV, cinema and display advertising, Paul joined GroupM in 2016 to support the launch of plista, the data-driven native advertising platform, in the UK market.
After nearly 3 years developing the native offering in the UK, Paul was appointed to head up a new emerging proposition around Influencer Marketing, which in July 2019 became known as ‘INCA’.
The UK INCA team, which has grown from 4 to 19 people since launch, continues to flourish, delivering outstanding performance and doubling net sales each year. Additionally, the team have pioneered new platform and product developments, including the INCA activation platform, content boost and content extend capabilities. INCA UK has also taken a leading role to help the Influencer Marketing industry mature, as founding members of the Influencer Marketing Trade Body as well as a market-first talent partnership initiative.
